Same hands, start to finish. En inglés o en español.

Interior, exterior, cabinets, drywall, popcorn, remodeling. One contractor, one crew, one contract — for Palm Beach County homeowners who'd rather not juggle two. Enil Funes writes every estimate. Enil finishes every job.

Why both paint and remodel?

Because most Palm Beach homes need both. You plan a repaint, and halfway through the walkthrough you spot the drywall crack behind the old coat. You line up cabinet refinishing, and the kitchen wall under the cabinets needs a skim coat. Paint and remodel don't live in separate worlds — they sit on top of each other.

Most contractors split the work. A painter who says "that's not our scope" for drywall. A drywall guy who doesn't touch cabinets. A cabinet refinisher who won't handle the paint after. You end up coordinating three contractors, three schedules, and three invoices for what is really one project.

ADC does it on one contract.

One walkthrough. One estimate. One crew that knows the right sequence — drywall before paint, cabinets before interior walls, popcorn skim-coated before the ceiling paint. The math for you stops being "who do I call next?" and starts being "when can they start?"

Why ADC and not the next contractor on the list

Owner-run, door to door.

Enil Funes writes your estimate. Enil is at the kickoff. Enil walks the progress every two or three days. Enil signs the final walkthrough. Seven years of the same pattern — because scaling up means losing the part you're actually paying for.

Paint and remodel under one roof.

Six services, one contract, one crew. The drywall is the paint prep. The cabinet refresh is part of the kitchen job. The popcorn removal comes with a skim coat. No "that's not our scope."

Bilingual the way Palm Beach is bilingual.

Enil grew up speaking both languages. Most of the crew did too. Estimates written in the language you read best. Contracts in the same. Walkthroughs in whichever language fits the room — including when grandma is the one calling the shots and only speaks Spanish.

Enil Funes, ADC Owner

Seven years, six services, one rule

ADC started in 2018 with one truck and one rule: if I write your estimate, I finish your job. The services came from listening. In 2018, a homeowner in Wellington asked Enil, "And can you fix the drywall too, before you paint?" He said yes. Figured out drywall. The next client asked about cabinet refinishing. He figured that out too.

Every service ADC offers today was requested by a real homeowner before it was added. We didn't pick them from a brochure.
