Enil Funes, ADC Owner

Hi. I'm Enil Funes.

I started ADC Painting & Remodeling in West Palm Beach in 2018, with a single truck and a rule I haven't broken in seven years: if I write your estimate, I finish your job.

Where the rule came from

Before ADC, I worked with other crews across South Florida — interiors, exteriors, picking up drywall on the side, watching how the trade actually runs when nobody's selling you anything. What I saw, over and over, was the same broken pattern: the homeowner meets the owner at the start, and then doesn't see him again. A foreman runs the job. The crew disappears at the end. When something goes wrong a month later, there's nobody to call.

I didn't want to build that kind of company.

Seven years, six services

ADC stayed small on purpose. Today we have a crew of eight, we cover Palm Beach County from Riviera Beach down to Boca Raton, and we do six things: interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair, popcorn ceiling removal, and remodeling.

Every one of those services was added because a real client asked for it — starting in 2018 when a homeowner in Wellington asked me, "¿Y puedes arreglar el drywall también, antes de pintar?"

I said yes. I figured out drywall. The next year I figured out cabinet refinishing the same way.

What we don't do

  • Commercial projects over $100K. Our crew size isn't built for tenant improvements or high-rise work. We stay residential.
  • Hourly labor. We quote projects, not crews-by-the-hour. You get one number, one timeline, one deliverable.
  • Subcontracted cabinet or drywall work. If ADC says we're doing it, ADC is doing it. No subcontracting to pass the warranty.
  • Jobs outside Palm Beach County. No Broward, no Martin, no Miami-Dade. Local means local.

The crew

The crew you see on day one is the crew you see on day twelve. Most of them have been with ADC for three years or more — some since 2020. They know each other's rhythm: who does trim fastest, who handles ceilings best, who talks to homeowners in Spanish when that's the language being spoken.

I'm on site for every kickoff, every progress check, and every final walkthrough. My phone number is on your contract. If something goes wrong at the three-month mark, you don't file a ticket — you text me.

That's it. That's ADC.

If that's the contractor you were looking for, my number is (561) 913-6153. Let's walk your house.
